What if you don't want your customers to know that you use an answering service?

This is a two way street, if someone calls and says they need to fax something to your office, it will be obvious to them we are a service if we cannot provide your fax number. If they need directions to your office or want to know if you offer a specific type of service, we will again appear to be an answering service if we don’t know the answer to these simple questions.
